Important Notes
- All prices include VAT.
- Participants attending the congress with their spouse are required to add the €250 spouse supplement specified under the Single Accommodation Congress Registration. (The spouse supplement covers the additional cost of 3 nights’ accommodation.)
- Participants attending the congress without accommodation but accompanied by their spouse are required to add the €200 spouse supplement during registration.
- The round-trip transfer ticket between İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport and Swissôtel Büyük Efes is 120 Euro and must be requested during registration. The fee is per person.
NOTE: The stated transfer price is for a shared shuttle transfer on the Adnan Menderes Airport – Swissôtel – Adnan Menderes Airport route, for arrival on 12 November and departure on 15 November.
